California bans paparazzi drones
LOS ANGELES – California on Tuesday approved a law that will prevent paparazzi from using drones to take photos of celebrities. Gov. Jerry Brown also signed into law a series of bills aimed at tightening protection of privacy, including one against “revenge porn,” in which people put nude photos of former lovers online.
The drone ban bill is aimed at shoring up privacy for the general public but will work equally well for celebrities..
